3. Property enquiries and service agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a management agreement, appointment or duty to provide a service. If we offer services, the scope, responsibilities, charges, payments, notice terms and applicable conditions will be confirmed in a separate written agreement. That signed agreement takes precedence over general website descriptions if inconsistent.
